wrong
an mp4 is a mere container...it can have video+audio, just video, or just audio (aac)
Audio mp4īs are great, because they occupy much less space than mp3īs with good quality

MP4 is future, coz it take as twice as less space than mp3, and quality is same! In future we will see mp4 players.

OK just to continue with the thread, what is the best settings for mp4 conversion, what should be the optimum kbit/sec rate, stereo or joint stereo, 44k htz or 48k htz...etc etc

for a mp4 to be on k700

I found that an average bit rate of 90-100 kbps was sufficient. At 44khz there is enough bandwidth at this rate. You wont even tell the difference with the crappy k700 earphones!

My oppinion is that 80kb is perfectly enough...with that you can almost get a file with 1/3 of the mp3 size, and with great sound
