> Saving numbers from phone onto SIM Card K700i

Is there an easy way to save phone numbers saved on the phone to the SIM card? Ive looked in the manual and tried a Search here but didnt really come up with anything.
Usually theres an option when saving a contact, if you want to save it to the phone itself, or to the SIM card (or sometimes both), but i havent found that option in the phone...

Go to Phonebook -> Options -> Advanced -> Copy to SIM.
By doing this you can choose between two possibilities: if you want to copy all the numbers stored in your phone to SIM at once or if you want to select specific numbers only.
