I have a widcomm bluetooth dongle can i use it to connect to my p800 instead of using cable.

Install the software that came with your Bluetooth dongle.

Install the PC Suite software that came with your P800.

In the connection manager there will be the option of a Bluetooth connection, make sure that it is ticked.

Using the bluetooth software, search for your P800 (make sure your P800 is set to 'Discoverable') and when found pair it to your laptop.

You should now be able to establish a dial-up connection, a serial connection, etc with your P800.

You might also want to search through Esato as there is a wealth of information regarding this subject.
