So I want to synchronize Calendar between Outlook and P910. I installed PC Suite 3.0.0, connected desk stand to my computer with Xp Sp2. XP sees the phone. In synchronization settings I checked calendar and selected to synchronize all information. I can start synchronization and when process finishes I can't see any errors. BUT, when I look at calendar in my phone there are no appointments in there:( What I am doing wrong there? My phone is with latest firmware I just bought it yesterday. HELP ME!:)

synchronizing contacts and calendar items are not the same thing. There should be a setting to synch appointments and to do lists.

I suspect your conflict resolution settings are wrong. You need to make sure that when you sync the first time, your settings dictate that all info in the PC will be kept and all info in the phone (i.e. none) will be overwritten.

I agree with dave_uk, check the 3rd tab in sync settings to ensure force full sync is set and the middle option below that as dave_uk described

Sorry sorry guys:) I was talking about calendar entries, not a contacts. My mistake:( I checked calendar entries option, checked full synchronization. As for middle buttos I'll try to do as dave says. My option was: "Select Last Changed Item". I'll try right away:)

I have two machines (office and home) with the same Windows XP SP2, firewall, software, settings ...
Never managed do make it sync with the office computer, but at home works just fine. I can't figure where's the differences in configuration!!
It does not detect Outlook 2003, although is working fine (firewall disconnected).

Anyway, about the question:
I've found that the national holidays and events Outolook 2003 automatically downloads from the Net are never sento to the phone. I've tried every setting, overwriting the phone, etc.
Maybe there are some types of calendar events that never syncronized?

My humble oppinion, after 1 week of use, is that besides the P910 is an excelent machine, the software the is worst I've seen, specially when compared with the Palm platform.
SE software is *primitive* and full of stupid bugs!

** Edit:
Now that I'm thinking about it, maybe it's not syncronizing any events at all!!

So an update:

Settings:

Data Types tab - checked calendar, settings button - synchronize all scheduled appointments.
Standard synchronization tab - automatically resolve conflicts - keep items in computes blah blah
Full synchronization tab - force full synchronization and keep all items in compyter.

After that pressed synchronize. It ended with ok status. After that still empty calendar, no appointments:(

This might sound stupid, but have you checked that all the calendar entries haven't been deleted from Outlook, since you've been playing with the sync. I did that once. If you selected last changed item, and no entries appeared on the phone, chances are they have been sync'ed as blank!

Mine are still there in Outlook, but none in the P910.

I can see all entries in Outlook too:) In phone Calendar --> Remove entries option is dimmed so I think that my phone's calendar is empty:(
