HELP!!!
I dropped my phone and the button on the side does not work so i can not turn up the volume on my calls....and its set to low....please, is there any other way i can tirn up the volum????
Otherwise its gonna cost £50 to get repaired

It works for me, move it from right to left, not up and down.
Do you have a T68m?

T68 this morning and it didnt work up down, left right, and now i have the new software so whether i now call that a t68i or not i dont know, but it doesnt work on that either

Go to: settings -> Sounds & alerts -> ring volume. Now you can use the joystick, you can move it up/down or right/left. It works fine for me, if you still have problem, your phone might be damaged.

Ohh... do you mean the volume while you speak... i thougt you had problem with the ringing volume, sorry. Then I have no idea about how to increase the volume.

It happened to me also, I accidentally dropped my phone and the mic and the side volume got damaged. You need to bring it down to SE Service centre to fix it.
