Hi can anyone help.
I now own a S700i unlocked so I can use my orange sim card but I am unable to use wap as vodaphone have pre set the phone with vodaphone live. Does anyone know how to solve this?

You could try unbranding your S700 i.e. flashing it with standard SE firmware.

Just setup a new data account on it (an Orange one that is...).
And unbranding is already available although i haven't seen anyone who actually did it...

Select 'Connectivity' from the main menu and then 'Data communication', then 'Data accounts' and then 'New account'. You will need to enter the relevant Orange details, but Orange should be able to just send you these settings without you having to go through that process. They should also be available from the SE website.
Obviously your homepage will have been set to Vodafone Live!, but you can change, which page you use as your homepage in the browser.
