Hi all,
Since yesterday I cannot find my P900 with PC suite. It had worked perfectly all the time.. the cradle works, the LED is on, but when I double click on the P900 logo then it says 'phone not connected'. I already deinstalled PC suite, installed the new PC suite for P910, but still nothing
I have Norton 2004 but this cannot be the problem because it always worked together with Norton...
Can somebody help me please?
thanks

i presume you have tried the obvious off/on with both pc & phone?
have you put any files onto the phone recently, i have found for some reason after putting some mp4's on the memory card my cradle wont pick up my p900 either. try deleting anything you have put on the card recently, restart phone & pc and give it a go.
i have no idea why this should work but it worked for me!
hope you fix your problem

Have you tried setting up the right connection port? Click on the Mrouter icon and select port.

i have had this same problem with the "p900 not connected" message for many months now. Same situation as yours. Just stopped working one day out of the blue for no apparent reason. I now use a bluetooth adaptor & a 3rd party file manager program to transfer files.
