Now, this is a first as far as i am concerned. Vodafone are usually top notch with their service. I have been trying to call them for 3 weeks to pay my bill, no answer. Now my phone is cut off. I email them. They email back saying "call this number", i email saying ive been trying it for 3 weeks, theres no way im trying it again. I give them my other mobile number to call ME on, and they refuse! Im trying to GIVE them money, and they cant be bothered? If they do call me, maybe i'll put them on hold for 3 weeks. Usually vodafone are great, good call answering times etc, but this is a bit of a joke.
Does anyone have any direct numbers for anyone at vodafone, or email address for someone who will actually do something? pm me if you do, thanks.

In your post you said you are with Vodafone themselves, but I am not sure about the provider details of those
By the way I just tried that number and I got connected. Anyway, don't lose heart just yet... give this number 08701625625 (Vodafone billing) a try.

ok, got through. They want to charge me £35 to reconnect. I told them i refuse that, they never contacted me to tell me i was about to be disconnected. The guy said "i'll check it out, have you got a number i can contact you on", and i said, i've emailed it to you 4 times, here it is AGAIN!

But i will stress, this is the first problem of this sort i have had with them, normally the service is excellent. Hopefully it will all be gravy again from now on.
EDIT: yeah it was a bit rich but i need my phone, still feel like a bit of a sucker for paying it though...
