Hi,

I have tried to update the firmware on the SE website but once it comes to the "checking update software" screen..... it says "done" at the bottom of the screen and nothing happens......

Does anyone know what to do ?

Best to search as this has come up loads of times.

Sounds like a Java or Firewall issue.
