Oops... For what if I may ask? Haven't been to jail (not even legal to send someone my age to jail here in sweden) and hope I will never have to either...

It was alcohol fuelled madness mate.I've been charged with police assault resisting arrest(not caused visible/physical damage though),and section4 public order.basically, the police arrived to arrest me for a minor offence(public order),and upon arrival he waved his telescopic baton near my face.my reaction was to quickly move it,concerned for my welfare.i raised my hand, and hit him on the left cheek.i was subsequently charged, and was severely bruised and scarred in the process! I was hit 3 times to the head with his staff(baton),and apparently knocked out for 2 mins..which has caused a 4inch visible scar, and hit 5 to 7 times to the torso, according to 2 independent witnesses!got a nice 3gp clip, and several pics of the outcome.but i'm fighting the corrupt law,so i fear my battle is already lost! A good brief will trash the prosecution. And as for the excessive police force, it's the officers who should be looking at custodial sentences. I wouldn't worry about it too much. This message was posted from a T68i

According to my solicitor,i face 3 months custody based on a guilty plea,or 6 to 7 months on a not guilty plea.I've given a not guilty plea, and re-appear at magistrates on the 10th of november. This message was posted from a K700i

well if it hasnt gone to court yet and if they allow the video evidence, and witness accounts it sounds like you dont have too much to worry about.
tell me to mind my own business if you want but is this your first offence?
if it is i would be very suprised if you got sent down.

For a start, I'd get a decent solicitor... This message was posted from a T68i
