> pc wont recognise t630

i cant get my pc to recognise my t630 using the dss-25 cradle - it says connecting but never gets there - i use windows xp sp2 - are there any specific files that i need to allow access to a network or something go get it to work --- i had it working before but i had a pc problem and had to reformat the drive - and now it wont work - any help appreciated
