Can anyone help with this. WHen I swapped over to a P900 from a P800 I copied my O2 POP E-mail settings over. For some reason I cannot Receive my E-mail but I can send.

Has anyone else had this problem and can help or shed some light onto my problem?

Cheers

I have tried the IP addresses for the Incoming & Outgoing server as i had mail.o2.co.uk in there. Unfortunately now when it tries to connect to the IP address it comes back with "Activation Rejected"

Any Ideas?

Just ask O2 customer services to email you the settings for your phone and enter them manually. This message was posted from a T610

Hello. Yep i have tried them axactly but have had no luck. O2 arent very forthcoming with giving information out on these such things. I did read somewhere on the O2 website that they wouldnt help in such circumstances

I wouldnt use any other operator than 02, quality signal everywhere, i pay no more than 38 pound a month which is a massive differance to the 70-90 i had with vodafone, but when it comes to getting simple infomation there a pain in the rectum, it took me about 4 hours to find out why my dilivery reports didnt work, cause they dont do em!!

Phone O2 customer services and ask for data services.Best to phone just after 8am when they open unless you don't mind being put on hold.
