Nope, it isnt available yet.
Should be soon - yes Atlis, you are right, the Gc83 is for US, and the GC85 is for europe.
Supposedly the GC83 is already released (for the second quarter '04)
but the Gc85, which is triband therefore works in europe will be released in the Q4
sources:
"GC83 will be available in Q2 to the American markets. GC85 will first be available to EMEA in Q4 and then subsequently in other markets."
