Intregued? Me too...

I noticed this only five minutes ago whilst sitting in front of my Toshiba laptop, checking-out a WAP site on my T39. When I download stuff via GPRS my mouse pointer jumps across the screen!!

My phone cannot interact with my computer in any way -- no cables, IR, Bluetooth etc. Is this a documented phenomenomenom or do I just have a freaky computer?

Sometimes my Tecra would act like this... the mouse pointer wants to go to a different direction, so i just let it until it hits the edge of the screen and will stop, back to normal.

it must be windows

I saw it happenning on my desktop with the regular mouse. It may depend on the band (900 or 1800 MHz) your mobile is using at the moment. This post was posted from a T68i

That's nothing new. With GSM900 a phone can transmit up to 2W of RF energy, more than enough to cause interference.
