> Panasonic takes SD to new heights

Upping the transfer speeds of SD Cards to new heights, Panasonic today announced the introduction of its new Pro High Speed series, offering data transfer rates of up to 20 MB/s. Claiming a world first, the new memory cards were trialled during this year's Olympics in Athens, and will initially be available in 512 MB and 1 GB editions with warranty extending to 10 years of use.
In related news, Panasonic today also introduced a new line-up of SD Card products with integrated Smart Card functionality, which according to the manufacturer has already been applied in several vertical sectors

hey any news of transflash memory cards coming in higher capacity. the current maximum is 128mb only!!!

i got aload of these just come in stock they are brillant alot faster than the old ones and allow you to store loads of bits for your pda

i got the 512mb and 1 gig ones in
