Very frustrating. Has anyone else come across this, and if so, how do you fix the problem. It seems very random, just turning off for no aparent reason. I have the latest software from the sony web site but that has not fixed it.
Please help!!!!
Also bluetooth headset is tempramental, sometimes working fine, other times I have to answer the phone non handsfree, then click the headset to take over. Grr

It could be batt faulty aswell. Go to se as mentioned befor me, hope u have warranty.

This happens to me. The battery is loose so I folded a piece of paper and jammed it in the battery compartment.. problem solved.
I shall at some point send it back under warranty before 12 months is up.

i have the same problem...
When phone is in sync station, sometimes it doesnt make contact, and then it restarts itself about 5 or 6 times and then says the phone has restarted to improve performance...
also i have the same problem with the bluetooth headset.... GETS Very frustrating when ure driving!
