I think hes beaten his P800 with his shoe and the phone is so tough that the shoe broke.
I have had my p800 repaired under warrenty by Carphone warehouse before and had excellent service. I have heard some horror stories about things taking months to be repaired if they are sent away.

I took it to a service centre to fix it its still in warrenty. and they said they could not cure the problem so they have sent it to sony ericsson. What could have gone on it that a service centre could not fix .its gone for repair or replacement.how long will that take?:-(

Whats so stupid about asking peoples opinion on what has gone wrong with my P800? And why a service centre cannot fix my phone and it has to be sent to the manufacturer?
Seems a reasonable question to ask in a forum full of people who have maybe had a similar experience. Im just curious as to what will happen ie can se fix it or are they likely to give me a replacement? If there are any P800s left?
