> Terminator dongle and DIV, not working help

just got terminator dongle and none of the DIV programs work
when i start DIV8.4 my pc Restarts
when i start any other DIV it says "PRIVILEGED INSTRUCTION"
when i run UserPort nothing happens, when i click update, my pc ReBoots, when i click Stop my pc Reboots
help what do i do ?

just used a diff PC xp sp1 worked fine\\
must be something NEW in xp sp2 that it dont work
