I have 2 t610's both damaged by liquid, don't ask, on one i can get the speaker to work, and on the other, i can get the screen to work, i have interchanged all the elements, but cant make one whole phone that works...
any ideas?

U should sell them and buy a new one. Water or other lipuid damage is the biggest enemy of a fone, even u could make 1 of 2, its a question of time how long it will work.

Water damaged phones in my experience can rarely be fixed. the first thing you should have done is take the battery out asap.
then you would need to take the phone completely to pieces and carefully clean the pcb with some kind of special cleaner e.g the electrical alcohol cleaner thing, cant remember the name off the top of my head or something like deionised water.
then you let dry or gently "bake" it and reflash the phones firmware.

This is gonna sound funny but a mate of mine dropped my T610 in to a glass of vodka & coke. I was fuming as it wouldn't turn on. As a last resort I dismantled it, placed the parts in a large bowl of water, screen and all, and swilled them for a few minutes and left them to dry.
IT WORKED! :-):-D.
Chemical damage is something different though.

I'm afraid to say I agree with the other posters! Generally, water damage is somewhere between very hard and impossible to repair.
There are ways, like taking the phone apart and drying it out ASAP, and apparently those ultrasonic jewellery cleaners also do the trick - but never tried that.
Do the phons still power on and make/recieve calls?

I dropped a cup of coffee on my T200, rushed to the lavatory and dried on the hand drier. An hour later the keypad stopped working.
Next day went to service center and they told me to forget about the phone, totally damaged they said, so I negociated and got a brand new T68i as replacement.
Funny thing is that 2 year later the T200 IS STILL WORKING!!!, no keypad problems, not a single bug on it, it just repaired itself.

Yeah, mine worked as normal. I can't tell you my surprise. What I am saying is, if all else fails then just try water and drying out. I noticed you said "liquid" instead of water. If you don't mind me asking, did you by any chance drop it down the Loo/John/Can/Sh*tter? (Delete as appropriate) :-D
