how is the guarantee on unbranded phones? i have a z1010 bought on 3 and unbranded for use in norway. how is the guarantee on this phone now?

correct me if i'm wrong but your unbranding is an "unauthorised change" to the phone's software which renders your guarantee null and void

Seriously i wouldn´t worry too much, the shops (where you normally complain about your faulty phone) send phone to service centre and i doubt that they have time and/or interest in checking whether phone has original FW or not.
