I did a software upgrade on sony's website last night, I then lost everything on my phone even though I backed it up first

but most annoying of all I have lost the clock which can be used as the screensaver, can anyone help?

Of course you have lost everything, it has rewritten the internal drives!
If u backed up correctly then simply use the 'restore' function

This is not the case, sorry!
Everyone should be warned that FEW of their programs will register/unlock after the upgrade to firmware vR2A17 on the p910.
Only 1 of my programs worked after restore, and that was Aquacalendar, but I had to re-enter the unlock!
-and - I've also ONLY managed to get new unlock codes from 2 vendors. I have 13 registert programs on my phone, so this is really annoying.
Somewhere on this forum I read something about the problem being caused by some flaw in the latest UiQ update in the firmware, and that Symbian has a prefered new way of reading the IMEI for the programmers. Most of my applications shows a totally different IMEI than the phone's real IMEI.
I'm currently searching for ways to downgrade the firmware, so if annyone know of a way - please tell me how...
