Hi all,
Just interested to see how much this dead pixel is costing Vodafone. I've only had 1 exchange before I realised it was software, but read people have had a couple. (see

Ok, someone can correct me here, but lets suppose the phone is worth £500. It will be second hand when returned so can't be sold as a new one. At a guess, they'll somehow be able to recover half the cost. So each exchange costs them about £250 (admin and post fees too! stick with me here!!!)
Ok, i'll get the ball rolling. One exchange = £250. Please add your name and £250 to the total if you have had an exchange.

Voda counts it on another way, they could pay it bartell like advertisement, commercial etc and actually, who wrote the fw, voda or se? guess se modified it for voda. Anyway, the biz between operators and brands are way more different and complicated as we could imagine it.
