Most decent stuff you have to pay for. There are some apps that are "freeware" meaning, in short, that you can have the full versions for free, and there are plenty of sites (links posted all over Esato) for themes/ringtones/screensavers. But, as I said, most of the games/apps have to be registered after a trial period, and you have to pay for a licence.
My Symbian has a full list of practically all symbian games and applications, some of which are free.
Handango is a software shop, where they only sell items.
