> p900 text input problem

i got my p900 upgraded today by my service provider.
problem is the when i want to write an sms it i have no virtual keyboard and when i try to get into text input in control panel it does nothing just wont let me in.
second thing is when i try to add contact to the person the sms will be sent to i select the contact and the phone says " no such data found in contact" what does this all mean? pls help

Your first problem, with the virtual keyboard. E.g. if writing an sms in flip open mode, at the very bottom of your screen you will see a 'mini' keyboard icon. Tap on that, and you will see a full-size keyboard.
As for the rest of your question, I am terribly sorry, but I just don't understand what you are on about.

Go into contacts and find the contact you're trying to use. Check that their mobile number has a little icon of a mobile phone next to it (rather than a landline icon). If this isn't the case, go into edit contact and use the drop-down list next to the mobile number to select "mobile (h)" or "mobile (w)" depending on whether it's a work number or not.
P900 automatically selects a contacts mobile number to send sms messages to. Incidentally, here in the uk, we're now starting to see landline phones that can do sms, so this might cause problems.
Anyway, if this isn't the problem, then I'm stumped.
