> Need help on RTSP server

How can i set a local rtsp server and make it accesible from any other machine to stream content? My broadcast software selects this ip to stream video (rtsp://224.0.0.1) and it seems to work on my computer but not on any other pc. I need to set a local server to stream localy but be able to access it from any other machine.
The question is, how?
