Hi!
My girlfriend own a Nokia 6610 and today when she stared it up it didn't work, when she press power the screen goes white the black again.
have she lost all the posts in her calender and sms now or is there anything to do??
Please help!

Have u tried removing the battery then re-operating the phone? If nothing u need to consult a repair centre, if ur txt msgs where saved to phone u will loose them but if u have saved to ur sim then ur ok just place sim into another phone :-) Im unsure about the calender possibley everything will be lost

Hmmm . . . what could just be the cause here: LCD/Battery or fone itself? Better bring it to a Nokia Service Center dude . . . I know that almost all of the Nokia fone models have an upgrade software, have it done dude if possible . . . Good Luck!

I had the same prob. With my old phone.well it turned out that one of my so called friend had sent virus via sms. So ask ur friend whether she has received any sms before the prob. Started. If it is a virus then u will have to visit serv. Cen.

If the problem has gradually become worse. It may be due to liquid ingress therefore making the handset BER. If you can try a different battery it in. If that doesnt work you will have to take it to a nokia service centre. Hope that helps. Fatreg
