hiya
just got my fab P910i but the sync software doesn't work
its says it doesn't recongize my usb port or my phone
and it says it hasn't install any drivers
i have xp pro windows.
any help will be most appreciated

I don't have the p910 myself (have p900) but I have experienced many problems with the syncstation. It could be that firewall software etc. is causing the sync to malfunction (if you use the search, there are numerous threads on this topic).
After I installed the software from SE, upon using the syncstation for the first time, Windows ran the 'add new hardware wizard' in order to install drivers. Did that happen to you?
