Hi all

This is a most impressive forum but it has given me a problem with so many posts meeting my search criteria, PLEASE accept my apologies for yet another how do i type post but this is really annoying me.

I have a P900 and Tracker 4 installed, great, then I managed to BT my first skin over to the phone - sonyclienx.ztr, now in the skin itself I cannot see any option to change the skin, but I did find that if I click in top left hand corner I get a tracker menu containing Connect Menu, New Menu, Uni Menu, Close All Apps, Minimize Tracker, Exit Tracker.
NONE of these contain change skin. In fact I find some options do nothing at all!! eg Tracker > Uni Menu > Tasks > Tracker does nothing.

HOW do I change this skin please.

Second question:
When the phone starts I want it to start with Tracker and the selected skin. Currently it starts in normal P900 default theme mode and I have to load Tracker from the program list. Is this possible??

Unfortunatly you cannot change the skin within tracker (hopefully this will be available in some future release) so you are stuck with the image that comes with the skin

To load tracker automatically when the phone starts

Run tracker click on the Menu which brings up desktop select page new etc etc click on Settings click on Misc and tick the box that says Autostart Tracker then click Ok

Thanks mate, very useful piece of info the second piece.

I dont quite understand the first bit.

I have on my desktop about 6 skins waiting to be loaded onto the phone.

Now I could swear that when I first installed Tracker 4, there was an option on Tracker 4 itself to import or select any skin it finds and it stores them or pointers to them internally. To change within tracker I would have expected simply to go to that option on tracker and select a new skin.

BUT the current skin I have doesnt seem to show that tracker option.
I was wondering if anyone has used this skin AND changed it.

Sorry mate i thought you meant that you wanted to change the image only not the whole skin

Click on menu then click on skin then you can import the ztr that you want

EDIT:i just re-read your first post try pressing the jog dial in this should give you the full menu list
