I want a norwegian language on my phone..
but all i get when i try to install it is that I need Language Compatibility Version.
does anyone here know how to get the norwegian menu system into it?

Sounds like you are trying to install P910 language packs on a P900.
That shouldn't work unless you manage to get the P910 firmware on your phone.
