Hello, has anyone had a similar experience ?
I bought recently a carkit for my phone. I had it installed by the cardealer. It seems not to be working. I contacted the service center and they said it must have been installed wrongly and they could check this but I have to pay ! I had someone else double check this installation (only takes a +, a -, a mic and a speaker) and it is correctly installed. They will not swap the box itself unless they can check and I pay.
I should have had it installed by them. So what they are really saying is : no warranty if you install it yourself. Thanks Ericsson.
Someone outthere who works at ericsson ?
