i use k700i with bluetooth car kit and hol dit in official sony cradle hch-38.

wondered why it uses profile headset and not profile car kit?

It's because you have the handsfree set associated with the handsfree profile. Go into the InCar profile and choose headset, say yes when asked to associate it
