Are you referring to a tv remove type app?if so,they are only available for symbian os phones.

Remote controll files are basically .hid files, i cant remember but if u will search u will get a thread from where u can download a app for making .hid files. Hope this helps.

Actually Salling Clicker doesn't use HID files. It uses the Accessories menu.
But Salling do produce some separate HID files called Sallings Remote Basics
