Hi,
I've got a Sony Ericsson Z1010 handset (I brought it from US) and I was wondering how to configure the handset so that I can use it on my 3 sim card (Uk)?
I put the sim in the handset and it didnt work. How do I configure it?

Not sure if you can as the Z1010 won't be released on 3uk you won't be able to get any settings for it

if its GSM then it needs to be unlocked. it might be locked to US. ring three and find out - i dont think i have seen this problem before on Esato, so i dont know if anybody can help. Best ring three, or try and get it unlocked.
What does it say on the screen 'wrong sim' or something?

oh right ok, sorry. Well, that was how to set it up on 3.
If it says "insert correct sim", then its locked.
