its called greed. there are too many sites on tagtag that offer ringtones etc for free. about a year ago they ran a scam with thier mywap sites. they started a "vote for this site" competition. the owner of the most voted for site would win a new phone.
after the competition finished any site that had ringtones,pictures or games on them (or links to other sites) would have all the links hijacked back to 02s homepage. what was the point of trawling through all those pages yourself when your customers could do it for you?!
