Hey there,
Just wanted to install some games/apps onto my S700.
I'm assuming that it can install K700 games.
How can I do that?
I saw a thread which suggested FMA
(i dont have the cash to waste going on wap and downloading (i know I know))
but Fma doesn't work on my pc for some odd reason.
Can someone help?
i tried installing Mobile9's mario.

first get a wap browser like WinWap and a bluetooth dongle
go to
http://seclub.org/games/k700java/java_main.wml
when you click on the java games it'll show you the address but it won't download, so cut and paste that addy into internet explorer, and it should download.
Then use bluetooth to transfer the java game (the .jar file) to your phone!
voila!

does it have to be sent by bluetooth?
I mean I sent it to my phone via ir and it said unknown file.
And this was for ALL of the jar files on mobile9.com

Are you using the "upload" feature from FMA?
I use it with a DSS-20 and it works perfectly...

what I did was I selected upload with the FMA and selected the file.
It sends to the phone fine (i used iR) and it recieved it fine as well.
As soon as I try to launch it, it says invalid file.
I'll try using bluetooth but I dont know how it will change the way it works, since it's just sending the jar file again (like using iR)

Most likely you have a corrupted file...
Just to clear things out.
- You upload
- You receive the game
- You choose wether to install it
- The phone asks you if you want to start the game
If you get through all these steps, then there's nothing wrong with FMA, your phone, Or IR. I bet it's the file that's corrupted.
