> my k700i is deleting contacts

Recently ive started to notice that i'm not able to view all of the contacts in my phone book. It shows the name but whnei try to call it says "currently not available", if i then type the numbe rin manually it brings up the name when i call/text butthe phone number is still not in the contact list.
I'm confused, and don't want all of my numbers to vanish, is it a bug or something i'm doing?

Welcome here! U should go for an upgrade at se service. Did u download in the last time any game or java app? It could cause such weird results.

@pobie - Glad to have you here at Esato mate! Better have it upgraded (firmware/R2AA... or R2L . . .) to your nearest SE Service Center mate. You can upgrade online too (SE.com), but you'll be needing a DSS 20 or 25 here mate. Good Luck !

Mine was doing that, it was only showing a few contacts but if you goto view memory status it would say they were 72 or whatever that there should be.
Hopefully you would have backed up the contacts to SIM/had auto save to sim turned on.
Just do a factory reset/master settings restore on the phone, fixed it for me.
Only happened to me after going from R2L to R2AA, so probably a glitch from flashing.
