If you take the flip off the P910 is the only way to text by using the virtual QWERTY keyboard ? Or can you get a virtual phone keypad (along with the letters on each button) ?

You can get a virtual keypad that look like the front of your flip.

Just wondering as I have never taken my flip off, does the T9 work with the virtual pad?

With the flip off using my P900, I find that is it easier for me to text using the stylus and just write down what i want to say. I know the software / handwriting tech is kind of flaky but once you get used to writing, it is easier than typing.

@Myth90045
I'm curious - in what way do you think the P900 handwriting recognition is flaky?
(Personally, I think its great!)
Its a shame it doesn't recongise 'joined up' / flowing writing.

How do you get a virtual keypad like the front of the flip ?

Is it third party ?

i agree the handwrighting recongnition is a little flaky, like, if your IMing someone, and you wanna say LOL you gotta wait 2 seconds before you push send, else it turns the last l into a ! and for the way i wright, the 9 and 4 are swiched, so when i wanna say 9 i wright 4, and vice versa, personally, im much faster on the virtual qwerty when sitting down, but when driving/walking, the handwrighting is much better.
