> problems using T630 as IR modem with palm

The T630 hangs up the connection as soon as a dail up is initiated by the palm. This causes the palm to show a "no carrier" (0x1102) error. I tried different baud rates to no avail. Would someone happen to know what the trouble might be, or if i need any additional setup on the phone?
