I don't know if you can.

I know the Pxxx had The Tube software but the S700 isn't symbian phone.

With my K700 I use wap.kizoom.com or something like that for London travel.

You could take a picture with a very hi res camera of a tube map, and then copy it to your phone. assuming you can zoom in on pics on a s700...
