Are the incoming/outgoing ports configured in phone monitor? If not - configure them.
Once configured - open properties on the link monitor tray icon, uncheck bluetooth, check bluetooth, click ok. From the link monitor tray icon, click connect to bluetooth phone. Select your bluetooth device and sit back while it syncs.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is any way to initiate a sync from the phone (at least I haven't found any on my P910).

this all works on my p910i. Using hte widcomm software with sp1 by the way.
The problem i have is, if i go out of range or turn off BT on the phone, then return within proximity or turn BT on again, the phone is not recognized.
What is not correct in my configuration?

Naah...Outlook express does not HAVE a calendar option...You need to use MS Outlook ..
I think Lotus notes would also work....but Im not too familiar with it...Im an Outlook user
