Can someone with a P910 verify that
the P900 jog dial/* key sequence to get to the
service menu works on the P910 (I can't get
it to work)?

Or is there a different method now?

Do you have to use it just after power on or something?

Jog dial up
*
Jog dial down
Jog dial down
*
Jog dial down
*

This will take you to service menu.

Cheers, I've got it working now. My mistake was
thinking that "jog dial up" means click it towards you,
it does not, it means rotate clockwise.

I used it and formatted the C: on my P800
Was weird.. I have a UK 02 PAYG online SIM, (the highstreets SIM work fine), when I put it in, SMS settings aren't picked up, and can't be put in under Control Panel either. I reset using this, and then now it picks it up and works fine and dandy...

Does anyone know how to extract the Contacts.cdb from the .ecs backup (I know, rename to .zip and extract) however how do I restore this? I only want this file, I guess I have to edit the controlling restore file with all the info? Isn't there another way to extract?

Thanks,
J.

I remember a thread where it is explained, something to do with deleting your actual cdb in your phone with filemanager, turn it off, turn it on until it says 'cdb not found' and installs new one and then turn off again and copy your cdb in the correct folder..

but I may be wrong..
