This
article is primarily about a super-tough coating made by TDK for DVD's and LCD screens on cellphones.
It does mention towards the end of the article that TDK are not alone in developing in this area and goes on: "Sony Ericsson this month launches its P910 internet-capable smartphone. The gadget sports an ultra-hard scratch-resistant screen that uses a hardening technology it developed in-house. However, unlike TDK, Sony Ericsson is not planning to reveal any details on the recipe for its coating."
Regarding the TDK material, the article says: "In one of the most convincing technology demonstrations this reporter has witnessed, I was handed a CD, a wire-wool pan scourer and some permanent marker pens, and invited to scratch or mark the discs. Hard as I tried, I could not make a single mark on the disc with the scourer. And the ink simply wiped off"

the screen of my P910 does feel diffirent then the one from my P800
i know a P800 got little marks on it because of the keypad and normal use without the keypad, it wasn't really that bad or noticable.
but i won't be the one who'll try to scratch my P910 screen
