As far as I am concerned, if the phone has not got a protective sticker on the screen then its not 100% new and probably has been refunded by someone else before. I reckon you should go back to the shop and demand a geniune new handset because thats bound to have a protective sticker on the screen

yeah..... i got it last friday, and already got 7700+ counts on it.... but i actually counted, i used about 1300 counts since last night (exactly 24 hours ago!) and i had school during the day, so i think it is quit reasonable for it to have this many counts, cos i was using it like a mad man the first two days after i got it.... lol..... the phone timer was 0 when i first got it, and the manual was sealed just like a new one.... my phone is made in Malaysia..... @.@

so wat do u think? did urs come in a sealed box anyway?

my t68i was a display model, but was in a cabinet so it couldnt be used, it was sim free and cost £300, it still had the plastic thing on the front, but when i went to put my sim in it it already had one in so it had obviously been used but i wasnt that bothered. the manual and everything was sealed and i got 3 years free warrenty. if you have warrenty, take it back.
