> Can't make calls

I've been having this intermittent problem recently and was wondering if anyone else here has the same problem.
Sometimes after use wap, a symbol appears on the screen on the left. It's a phone with a red cross through it. After looking at the manuel, it says that I cannot make a call if that symbol is there. There's good signal strength and I can't think of any other reasons why I can't make an outgoing call or receive a call. Can you guys help?

I have two phones. A Nokia 8310 and my T68m (much prefer my T68
and the software upgrade for the T68i is not available in Australia yet...
Anyway, my Nokia never has this problem...
