Hello,

I've owned my p900 for a coupla weeks now and have been enjoying it to the maximum. But I have one query..

Should my ringtone mp3's be the same volume as my music player mp3's?

As my music player mp3's volume are nearly half the volume, though when I preview my ringtone in the control panel/sounds and alerts it is very good quality and much louder. Has my phone got a software error? The headset also works and when people call it is nice and loud just not my music player mp3's, i believe a coupla days back they were working fine. Im willing to get it repaired if needed.

PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP ME..

Welcome to Esato.

You can adjust ringtone volume in Control Panel > Sounds & Alerts.
You adjust the MP3 (Multimedia) volume by pressing the speaker icon at the bottom of the screen.

Full ringtone volume is louder than full Media volume.

PS- In future u should choose a more relevant topic title

do as he say's : go into control panel : sounds and alerts: select handheld on the ring volume and slide the slider across - dont have it too loud though cos it will sound distorted!
Simple instructions to follow!

I got MP3's set as my tone but they are at the same loudness setting as when I listen to them. I don't know if you can define a seperate setting for mp3/ ringtone, I think it is all the one level.

The same MP3 file will be noticeably louder as a full volume ringtone than full volume in MP3 player as I previously said. It's not an enormous difference but easily noticeable.
Do u have both volume settings on full?

if it still sounds low on volume, increase the volume in the MP3 file itself thru nero wave editor or some other s/w...
