> How to upload to F500i?

is there a way to upload to the F500i other than through infrared? I have a T28 cable that I used to unlock it so would this be able to upload ringtones/wallpapers etc?
Also this phone never came with any CD (since it doesnt have bluetooth - something I thought it did have, but dont get me started on that!) so is there any software that I can use with either the cable or even if I have to get an infrared adapter?
