P910 Language Files CXC162041 R3A for download.
Does this (R3A) mean that a new firmware will be available very soon?

its unusual for language files to be available
before the firmware update and I just checked for a few CDAs including mine and its still showing R2A17. Worth watching out for though perhaps

I would certainly guess it's a firmware update. History shows us that these releases are usually matched up with a specific firmware. For instance the R2A language pack was released before SE made the R2A firmware upgrade avaiable on their site.

really? I don't recall anyone commenting on new language files being available before new firmware previously.
I will have to watch for that in future...

That is my experience too. I think I wrote about it, but I canīt find the post. It might have been in another forum.
Found it in the following thread, 2004-10-15:

5 days later the new firmware was available.

It would be cool if somebody would confirm here when there is a new firmware available and share it with the rest of us!

Check the SE Online Update Service. Now it says:
"Your device is not supported"
My CDA: 162005/1
Does this mean it is very close to a new firmware?
