goto settings -> calls -> time and cost -> data counter .

umm i believe gprs is used to retrieve wap pages so ur second question is wrong.

Wap pages can be downloaded using either GPRS or a dial-up number using GSM. The 100 kb allowance the chap is refering to is for use with GPRS as one is charged based on the amount of data downloaded using GPRS; with GSM it is the length of time that one is connected that incurs charges.

@scotsboy - oh i forgot gsm wap. it isnt available here in my country at least not in my place so i didnt remember that

But the data counter should move even for gsm wap doesnt it ?

I'm really not sure, perhaps the data counter is only activated when GPRS is in use.
