I was wondering if the charger that comes with the phone is both 110V and 220V? or is it only one of those? I bought a k700i from hong kong but the cord adapter is different from here (canada).. so what do i need in order to charge the phone? A voltage transformer or just one of those little adapters that one side has the hong kong 3 prong plug and the other side the one taht fits in canada?

Check the reverse side of the charger plug. If it says "INPUT: 100-240VAC', then you need not worry. You can use that charger anywhere in the world. All you need now is the right adapter so you could stick it in the the available AC socket.

Mine does. It says 100-240 VAC . If its a SE charger then dont worry it will be in that range.

I guess almost ALL of the celfone manufacturer's make it a point to include an AUTOVOLT : (110-220) chargers on their packages, as SHOULD be a standard procedure. Nokia has that one in practice for years now!
