I have hotmail sedup in my phones mail service VIA pop3hot.com
is there anyway to sedup the phone to check mail every 10 min or so?
i have the AOL "youve got mail" mp3 and i like getting that in public places

if you go to hotmail.com you can set it so they send you a text every time you get a email.

Can you check your hotmail by pop3 ? If so, then yes. Go and config your mail setup to auto check.

you can only access hotmail via pop3 if your a hotmail plus subscriber only. btw is anybody on this forum a hotmail plus subscriber?if so could you please tell us the incoming and outgoing server addresses please?

Everyone can use pop3 for hotmail n similar... lol the owner of this thread know how to get this tricky thing but dont know how to setup his phone.

Hi there...I do have a paid subscription now for that service and you can have it to check your mail at intervals set by yourself in the setup for your mailaccount, it's really great to hear a voice tell you when you have mail, I have three mailaccounts configured and you can have your phone autocheck them all, at different intervals!

I´m not trancedancer, but this is what you are asking for. I have tried it and it works:
POP3: pop3hot.com
SMTP: smtp.pop3hot.com
